I'm Malcolm! Today, I want to tell you why I want to be a Customer Success Guru! Being a successful guru doesn't always mean you have to have the knowledge on everything, it's about communicating with the customer and understanding what they're asking so you can assist them in figuring out their issue professionally but in a fun way. Many customer support chat's that I've been in are always so boring and always seems like you're talking to a robot. But, I believe that if you want to be a successful guru you need to get the customer comfortable and engaged so that both of you are happy.

I believe I would be perfect for this position because I enjoy putting a smile on peoples face, which means I would do anything to make the customer happy. An advantage that I have is that I'm very experienced in computers & websites, so I can provide a better support for the customer.
